Search: 5 – 10 business days
From filing up to registration: 12 – 18 months
Opposition period: 2 months from publication
Duration: 10 years from filing date and renewable for further periods of 10 years
Applications are examined for formal and substantial requirements and conflict with prior registrations or pending applications.
Accepted applications will be published for opposition purposes.
If no opposition is filed, the registration certificate will be issued.
