The International Classification of Goods and Services is followed.
Multi-class applications are possible: 1 application covers 1 trademark in any number of classes.

Time Frames
Search: 4 – 5 business days
From filing up to Registration: 1 – 2 years
Opposition Period: 3 months from publication
Duration:10 years from filing date and renewable for further periods of 10 years.

The search is conducted directly in the official trademarks register.
Applications are examined for formal and substantial requirements and conflict with prior registrations or pending applications.
Accepted applications will be published for opposition purposes.
If no opposition is filed, the registration certificate will be issued.
